We Believe in One God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit

At Mountain Valley Chapel in Gold Bar, Washington, we believe there is one true God who has revealed Himself as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. He is not three gods, but one perfect in unity, power, and purpose. From the creation of the world to the redemption of humanity, the Father, Son, and Spirit have worked together as one to reveal God’s love, truth, and glory.

God the Father is the Creator and sustainer of all things. He is holy, just, and full of mercy. God the Son, Jesus Christ, is our Savior who took on flesh, lived among us, and gave His life so that we could be restored to the Father. God the Holy Spirit is our Comforter and Helper, living within every believer, empowering us to live in holiness and truth. Together they are one equal in majesty and united in purpose.

This mystery of the Trinity is not something to be fully explained but to be fully worshiped. It shows us that God Himself exists in a perfect relationship and invites us into that same fellowship. The Father calls us, the Son redeems us, and the Spirit empowers us to walk out our faith.

At Mountain Valley Chapel, our worship, preaching, and mission all flow from this truth. We serve one God who reveals Himself in three persons, and through Him we find life, forgiveness, and power.
