We Believe in God the Holy Spirit

At Mountain Valley Chapel in Gold Bar, Washington, we believe in God the Holy Spirit. He is not a symbol or a force but a divine person equal with the Father and the Son. From the beginning of creation, the Spirit of God has been at work, breathing life, revealing truth, and empowering His people to live for His glory.

The Holy Spirit draws hearts to Jesus, convicts us of sin, and leads us into all truth. He comforts, teaches, and strengthens believers so that we can walk in victory and obedience. When we surrender to His presence, He transforms us from the inside out, producing the fruit of love, joy, peace, and righteousness in our lives.

We believe the Holy Spirit equips the Church with spiritual gifts for ministry and service. Through His power, ordinary people are used in extraordinary ways. He gives wisdom when we need guidance, courage when we face fear, and boldness when we share the gospel. Without Him, the Church is powerless. With Him, the Church is unstoppable.

At Mountain Valley Chapel, we make room for the Holy Spirit to move freely in our services and in our daily lives. We desire to be a Spirit-led church, sensitive to His voice and obedient to His leading.
